We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff, incl. the cleaners were so lovely! We stayed in the building opposite the main hotel. The view was gorgeous and the room was snug but sufficient for myself and my daughter. Each morning, I sat on the benches outside the rooms to read my bible before my daughter woke up and had a lovely, daily chat with the cleaners. One minus was the fact that the rooftop breakfast room didn't allow you to use the restrooms, so if I sat there for some peace and quiet while my daughter was asleep, I still had to sneak into the room to use the toilet. Also, the restaurant in the hotel was a tad bit pricey but again, lovely staff! Just a short walk to the shopping centre and the free bus/tram pass perfected our stay! Couldn't fault it and would definitely recommend!

Has shuttles that run to and from the hotel to airport. Hotel literally across the road but it is the main motorway and too far to walk with luggage. Shuttle is free and was easy to find from the airport. Not much around but in the tourist season the city offers free public transport for tourists which the hotel arranges via voucher. We spent the day in old town [too far to walk.] Staff- depending on who you get range from efficient to excellent and really really helpful. Really under the pump at check in time. 12 noon check out which was great.

Room 9 is on the ground floor and looks over a basic garden, it’s adequate, with a small fridge, kettle and air conditioning. Soundproofing is good other than when doors are slammed by ignorant people. The lighting by the desk needs to be improved. The shuttle bus leaves to / from the airport every 20 minutes, the journey takes 5 minutes; from the airport you can take the number 10 bus to Rive (the centre of Geneva), it’s a 40 minute journey and is free with a Geneva travel pass provided via the hotel. Breakfast is included.

Close to airport. I chose to walk but could have taken free shuttle bus. Was able to run in vicinity - a suggested running route would be great. Comfortable room, slept well. Although I could see planes on climb out, room was quiet. Ate evening meal in sister hotel (Nash Airport) which was excellent. Tea and coffee making facility in room, and water in fridge. Appreciated voucher to use Geneva public transport for one day but did not use because I really wanted to exercise in fresh air, and appreciated that

I appreciated that there were a kettle, some coffee and free water bottles in the room. Upon request, they unlocked the window and brought an iron within a few minutes. Value for money was excellent.
